DO NOT USE THESE NUMBERS

  • A model designation such as U1, C3, or M500 H.

  • A serial number with its prefix omitted or replaced.

  • Digits misread because of glare, wear, or the plate’s position.

  • The assumption that all Yamaha serial numbers use one global sequence.
